Carlo Cracco takes Luca Zingaretti from the villages of the Romagna hinterland to the sea, crossing a gastronomic panorama in which pasta is the star. The initial stage of this journey is the meeting with Silvano, producer of the famous Moretto artichoke. From the very start of the journey, the competitiveness that unites both Luca and Carlo starts to emerge, and they improvise a competition to see who collects the most artichokes with his bare hands. Even though Romagna is famous for its nightlife, Carlo has chosen the dormitory of a boarding school for nuns for the first night they'll spend together. Even if Luca would have expected something livelier, the occasion is perfect to taste the Spoja Lorda, a typical soup perfect for monastic habits.
