Dinosaur Train: Gone to Big Pond Season 1 Episode 2 Have You Heard About the Herd? / Jess Hesperornis

In this episode of Dinosaur Train: Gone to Big Pond, we join the Pteranodon family as they continue their journey to the Big Pond, a place where many different types of dinosaurs come together to swim and play. Buddy, the curious young T-Rex, is eager to explore the area and learn about all of the different creatures that live there.
As the family makes their way to the pond, they come across a group of Triceratops, large herbivorous dinosaurs with distinctive three-horned faces. Buddy is fascinated by these creatures and approaches them eagerly. However, the Triceratops seem wary of the Pteranodons and are hesitant to interact with them.
Determined to make friends with the Triceratops, Buddy asks his dad, Mr. Pteranodon, for advice. Mr. Pteranodon suggests that Buddy try to learn more about the Triceratops, such as the different sounds they make, in order to better understand them. Buddy takes this advice to heart and sets off to learn more about the herd.
Meanwhile, Buddy's siblings, Tiny and Don, have their own adventures. They meet a young Hesperornis named Jess, a small, feathered dinosaur with long legs and a pointed beak. Jess is fascinated by the Pteranodons' ability to fly and is eager to learn more about them. Together, Tiny, Don, and Jess explore the area around the pond, learning more about each other and the world around them.
Back with Buddy, he has been watching the Triceratops herd from a distance and has begun to pick up on some of their sounds. With his newfound knowledge, he approaches the herd again, this time making the correct sounds in order to communicate with them. To his delight, the Triceratops respond positively and allow Buddy to join their group.
As the episode comes to a close, the Pteranodon family has made new friends and learned more about the different types of dinosaurs that call the Big Pond home. They set off on their journey once again, eager to explore more of the prehistoric world and all of its wonders.
