The Doctor and his companions arrive in London in the year 1984, responding to a distress signal. They soon discover that the signal was sent by the Daleks, who have returned and are wreaking havoc on the city. The Doctor realizes that this is a trap by his old enemy, Davros, who is using the Daleks to lure the Doctor into a confrontation.
As the Daleks continue to cause destruction and chaos, the Doctor and his companions split up to deal with the threat. Tegan and Turlough encounter a group of soldiers who are fighting the Daleks, and they team up to try and take them down. Meanwhile, the Doctor and Nyssa discover that the Daleks are planning to launch a virus that will wipe out all life on Earth.
As the situation grows more dire, the Doctor is forced to make a difficult decision. He must choose whether to destroy the Daleks once and for all, or risk the lives of countless innocent people by letting them live. Along the way, old friends and enemies resurface, adding to the tension and drama.
In the end, the Doctor and his companions must face off against Davros and the Daleks in a final showdown. Lives hang in the balance as the fate of the human race hangs in the balance. Will the Doctor be able to save the day, or will he and his companions fall to his greatest enemies?
