Kaiman and Nikaido try to fight him, but En easily overpowers them using his magic. He takes them hostage and begins to implant false memories in Kaiman's mind, making him believe that he is a member of the Cross-Eyes and that Nikaido is his enemy.

Meanwhile, we see a glimpse of another character, Fujita, who is also a sorcerer. Fujita has been tasked by his boss to find the lizard-headed man (Kaiman) and bring him back alive. We see Fujita using his magic to track Kaiman's movements, and he eventually makes his way to the Cross-Eyes hideout, where he encounters En.

The episode ends with Kaiman and Nikaido still in En's clutches, and the threat of Fujita looming over them. We are left wondering what will happen next and how Kaiman will manage to break free from En's control.

Overall, episode 4 of Dorohedoro is action-packed and introduces us to a new group of sorcerers, the Cross-Eyes. We see more of the magical world that the show is set in, as well as the dangers that come with being a sorcerer.
