Duncanville season 2 episode 3, titled "Who's Vroomin' Who?" follows the story of a typical day in the Harris family household that quickly turns into chaos. Annie, who is usually in charge of the family's grocery shopping, is unable to go to the store and asks Duncan to go in her place. Duncan, however, is obsessed with finding the perfect car and leaves his mother's grocery list behind in search of the ideal ride.

Meanwhile, his father, Jack, is in the midst of a mid-life crisis and wants to prove to himself that he is still young by purchasing a motorcycle. He convinces his wife, Jing, to go on a motorcycle ride with him, but she is hesitant as she does not trust Jack's driving skills.

As the day progresses, Duncan's car search leads him to cross paths with a quirky salesman named Eddie, who is more interested in becoming friends with Duncan than selling him a car. Together, Duncan and Eddie go on a wild ride that includes finding Eddie's stolen car, dodging the police and getting caught up in a dangerous chase.

Back at home, Annie and her baby brother, Jing Jr., are left to deal with the aftermath of the household's chaos. Annie frantically tries to find a way to get groceries while Jing Jr. becomes obsessed with his new toy car and causes havoc in the house.

In the end, the Harris family comes together to overcome their obstacles and learns valuable lessons about trust, responsibility, and growing up. "Who's Vroomin' Who?" is a hilarious and heartwarming episode that showcases the typical Harris family dynamic while also highlighting the unique challenges each member faces.
