The truck's owners also share the story behind their unique food truck name and show off some of their other creative dishes.

The episode then heads to Vancouver, where James stops by the Japadog truck, a Japanese-inspired hot dog stand that has become a local sensation. He tries the "Oroshi" dog, which features a juicy sausage topped with grated daikon, green onions, and a savory soy sauce. James also gets a behind-the-scenes look at the truck's kitchen and learns how the owners came up with the idea for their innovative menu.

Finally, the episode wraps up in Los Angeles with a visit to the Grilled Cheese Truck, a popular food truck that takes the classic comfort food to the next level. James tries the "Cheeseburger Melt," a grilled cheese sandwich loaded with juicy beef, crispy bacon, and tangy pickles.
