Finally, James takes us to the Jogasaki Sushi Burrito truck, where we get to experience the unusual combination of Mexican and Japanese cuisines. The truck's owner, Yo, explains how he came up with the idea of wrapping sushi ingredients in a burrito-style wrap, and how it's turned into a hugely popular food trend. We get to see firsthand how Yo's staff prepares these giant sushi burritos, which are stuffed with various fillings like crab meat, avocado, and cucumber.
