In this episode of Eat St., host James Cunningham takes us on a tour of some of the most deliciously unique grilled food trucks in the country. First up is The Cow and the Curd, a Milwaukee-based food truck that specializes in fried cheese curds made from local Wisconsin cheddar. Next, we visit the Burnt Truck in California, where they serve up mouth-watering sliders with unexpected ingredients such as pork belly and grilled pineapple.

We then head to New York City to try out the Mexicue truck, which puts a spicy twist on classic BBQ dishes with their pulled pork and brisket tacos, and the Korilla BBQ truck which serves Korean-inspired burritos and bowls. In Austin, Texas, we stop by the Mmmpanadas truck for savory empanadas stuffed with unique fillings like mac and cheese and buffalo chicken.

Our next stop is the Happy Lobster truck in Chicago, where they serve up lobster rolls and fried lobster tails that have garnered a cult following among locals. Finally, we head to Portland, Oregon to check out the Gumba truck, a Sicilian street food vendor offering mouth-watering panini sandwiches and arancini balls filled with ingredients such as prosciutto and mozzarella.

Throughout the episode, James meets with the innovative chefs behind each truck and learns about their inspiration behind their unique creations. With mouth-watering dishes and colorful personalities, Serial Grillers is sure to satisfy your cravings for delicious and adventurous food truck fare.
