Enemy At The Dead End is a thriller film following a post traumatic disordered patient. The patient, Min-ho watched as his lover passed away. Since then he attempted suicide over and over again. Min-ho last attempt caused him to wake up, bounded to his bed in the hospital. He finds himself sharing a room with a rough, possibly gang related character. Sitting in the hospital he revels on his past and remembers something he had forgotten. The other patient paralyzed and suffering from brain disease hasn't forgotten about Min-ho. In their confined area of the hospital they seek to kill each other before the other gets them.
