"Exes & Ohs" is a primetime series about a single lesbian woman looking for a relationship in the city of Seattle, Washington. However, there are many pitfalls and hang ups along the way to true love that included some commitment phobic woman, plus other things. There are plenty of tales to be told in each episode that span two seasons on national television in both the United States and Canada. This series can be compared to the hit television series that aired on Showtime, "Queer as Folk" that shows the high and lows of gay men in the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

This series was aired on Logo Network in the year 2007 to rave reviews that were posted online on the Internet. Many of the comical situations were a reflection on how regular sitcoms on television were made in this series. The cast in the two seasons were a reflection of the diverse nature of lesbian love in the 21st century. The idea of relationships, break ups, drugs, plus a whole lot of other situations are well depicted in this series giving many people in the GLBT Community something to relate to in terms of their own lives.

Filmed on location in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, however, it was set in Seattle where the series is based. Within two seasons on television, the show has created a massive fan base in two quarters of North America.

  • Jen and Sam run into each other while doing an emergency errand for Chris and Kris. They try to help with the labor process while also dealing with their feelings.

  • Sam is horrified when Jen reconnects with Kate at Chris and Kris's wedding.

  • Jen and Sam's "moment" causes stress on their friendship; Jen tries to drown her sorrows at a frat party by making out with a 21-year- old student.

  • A friendly competition over a girl between Sam and Jennifer brings up unresolved problems from their romantic past. Chris and Kris experiment with a doggie bakery and are daunted by the responsibility of parenting, while Crutch looks for a place to live.

  • Chris and Kris try to find homes for stray animals when they come to a startling realization. Jennifer gets back in the dating game at Sam's urging.

  • Jennifer is trapped on a yacht where her ex-girlfriend is getting married. A friend suggests the only way to finally move past the relationship is to get some action of her own.
