Ep 18. Scat Cat, Scat

In season 1, episode 18 of FETCH! With Ruff Ruffman, titled "Scat Cat, Scat," Ruff has a special challenge for the FETCHers - they must make a dog training video and pass the 4H Dog Safety and Responsibility Test. However, things take a turn when Ruff realizes that he has mistakenly invited a cat to join the competition instead of a dog.

The cat, named Scat Cat, proves to be quite the challenge for the FETCHers, who must now adapt their dog-training techniques to work with a feline contestant. The first challenge involves teaching Scat Cat how to sit, stay, and come when called. Next, the FETCHers must teach Scat Cat to walk in a straight line on a leash. This proves to be much trickier than expected, as Scat Cat keeps darting off in different directions. But once again, the FETCHers pull together and come up with a plan to keep Scat Cat on track.

The final challenge is perhaps the most difficult of all - the FETCHers must teach Scat Cat to heel on a leash while walking through a crowded park. With distractions all around and Scat Cat's attention span wavering, it's a tough task. However, the FETCHers work together to keep Scat Cat focused and they ultimately succeed in completing the challenge.

Despite the unconventional contestant, Ruff is impressed with the FETCHers' efforts and announces that they have all passed the 4H Dog Safety and Responsibility Test. In the end, it's a reminder that sometimes, adapting to unexpected challenges is what makes a successful team.
