In this episode of First Dates, we follow a new set of singletons as they navigate first dates at the famous Paternoster Chop House restaurant in London. The episode features a diverse range of daters, from a self-proclaimed "ginger Viking" to a retired police officer and a personal trainer.

We meet 34-year-old George, who describes himself as a "ginger Viking" with a love for the outdoors. He is paired with 24-year-old Phoebe, a student from Bristol who is studying photography. Phoebe is initially skeptical of George's Viking persona, but they quickly bond over their shared passion for travel.

Next up is 54-year-old Dave, a retired police officer who is looking for love after a divorce. He is matched with Julie, a 52-year-old accountant who is also divorced. Despite some initial nerves, the two hit it off quickly and discover they have a shared love of comedy.

Another couple we meet is 26-year-old personal trainer Jake and 25-year-old nurse Georgia. Jake is immediately smitten with Georgia's "smoky eyes," and they bond over their love of fitness and health. However, their date takes a turn when Georgia reveals a personal tragedy that she has been working to overcome.

We also follow 27-year-old lawyer James who is paired with 27-year-old marketing executive Vikki. James is immediately drawn to Vikki's energy and personality, but struggles to connect with her on a deeper level.

Finally, we meet 34-year-old Jack who is matched with 39-year-old estate agent Louise. Jack admits to being a bit of a "ladies' man," but is attracted to Louise's confidence and outgoing personality. However, Louise becomes frustrated when Jack fails to engage in meaningful conversation with her.

As always, the show features interviews with each participant before and after their dates, providing insight into their thoughts and feelings about the experience. First Dates season 4 episode 15 is a rollercoaster of emotions, with laughter, tears, and unexpected twists along the way.
