In Series 4 Episode 7 of First Dates, viewers are introduced to a range of singletons all looking for love. First up is 32-year-old Laura who has been single for seven years and is feeling nervous about her date with 35-year-old fitness instructor, Jack. The pair hit it off over their shared love of exercise and even bond over a health shake. However, as the date continues, Laura reveals a dark secret that dampens the mood.

Meanwhile, 28-year-old Nathan is hoping to find someone who shares his passion for drag. His date with 29-year-old model, Ria, begins well as they share stories about their lives but soon Nathan begins to worry that he might be coming across as too feminine, fearing that it might turn Ria off.

Another member of the group, 26-year-old Louisa, has been through a tough year after dealing with a family bereavement. She is matched with 29-year-old Ben, a guitar teacher who charms Louisa from the beginning. However, he is hiding a secret that might ruin their connection.

Elsewhere in the restaurant, 25-year-old Ryan is trying to put aside his nerves to have a good time with his date, Kayleigh. The two bond over a love for nice things, but unexpected information from Kayleigh causes Ryan to question whether they are actually compatible.

Finally, 33-year-old Richard is hoping to impress 28-year-old Paige with his aspirations of starting up a food truck business. The two hit it off from the start, but a simple mistake could ruin everything.
