Together, Rei and Toki devise a plan to infiltrate Jagi's fortress and take him down from within. They are joined by a group of rebels who are also seeking to overthrow Jagi's tyrannical rule. The group sets out on their mission, but their journey is fraught with danger and obstacles.

Along the way, they encounter several of Jagi's men, including a deadly assassin named Shin who poses a formidable challenge for Rei and Toki. They also come across a young boy named Ryuga, who has been brainwashed by Jagi's propaganda and believes that he is fighting for a noble cause. Rei tries to convince Ryuga that violence is never the answer and that he should follow the path of righteousness, but Ryuga is stubborn and refuses to listen.

Eventually, the group reaches Jagi's fortress and engages in a fierce battle with his minions. Rei and Toki face off against Jagi himself, with Rei eager to avenge Mamiya and Toki conflicted about resorting to violence. In the end, the two men are able to overcome Jagi's cruelty and succeed in their mission.

The episode ends on a bittersweet note, as Mamiya is able to find closure and move on from her painful past, but at the cost of many lives lost in the struggle against Jagi. Rei reflects on the cycle of violence that has plagued the world and wonders if there will ever be a time when people can coexist peacefully without resorting to aggression and bloodshed.
