  • 2008

With multiple networks and coverage of sports like baseball, hockey, NASCAR, and football, Fox Sports is one of the premiere options for sports fans across the nation. And with upcoming contracts expanding the library of sports available, there will be even more options for Fox Sports fans to watch. Beginning in 2015, Fox Sports will have the rights to broadcast the three major open championships of the United States Golf Association, including the U.S. Open, and since 2011 has been in agreement with the Ultimate Fighting Championship to air fights. This is in addition to exclusive coverage of the Daytona 500 and World Series. Fox Sports has an array of popular on-air personalities including Erin Andrews, Terry Bradshaw, Howie Long, Ken Rosenthal, Joe Buck, and Michael Strahan. Depending on the area the viewer lives in, that viewer will receive specified television based upon their regionally specific programming. For example, those in Los Angeles can watch Dodgers and Angels games on Fox Sports West, while viewers in Missouri will instead see the Cardinals and Royals on Fox Sports Midwest.
