Ep 7. Carded and Discarded

Nick is trying to get his band more gigs and decides to try and participate in a battle of the bands competition hosted by a local radio station. However, when he and his bandmates go to audition, they find out that they are one of many bands trying out for only a few spots. To make matters worse, the radio station's host, a man named Ron, seems uninterested in their music and dismisses them quickly. Nick is determined not to give up and comes up with a plan to get their music heard, even if it means taking matters into his own hands.

As the episode progresses, the two storylines come together in an unexpected way. While Neal and his friends are in a confrontation with Ron at the radio station, Nick and his bandmates show up looking for another chance to audition. The two groups end up getting into a physical altercation with each other, leading to even more trouble for Neal and Nick. The consequences of their actions cause both characters to reflect on their choices and the impact they have on others.

Overall, "Carded and Discarded" is a poignant episode that highlights the struggles of adolescence and the importance of making responsible choices. The show does an excellent job of blending humor and drama while exploring themes of friendship, identity, and personal growth.
