Ghost Hunters Classic Season 4 Episode 22 USS Hornet
- October 15, 2021
In season 4 episode 22 of Ghost Hunters Classic, the team investigates one of the most haunted places in America: the USS Hornet. Docked in the San Francisco Bay, this aircraft carrier was home to several thousand sailors and naval personnel throughout its years of service. However, many of these individuals met untimely deaths on board the ship and it is said that their ghosts still roam the halls.
The Ghost Hunters team starts their investigation by exploring the massive ship, searching for any signs of paranormal activity. They begin in the main hanger, where they pick up on a few strange noises and unexplained shadows. However, as they move further into the ship, the activity becomes more intense.
One of the most chilling incidents happens in the medical bay. As the team is conducting an EVP session, they hear a voice whisper "help me" in response to their questions. They then capture a Class A EVP that clearly says "stay out" when they ask if anyone wants them to leave. This prompts the team to delve deeper into the history of the Hornet and why these spirits may be reluctant to have visitors.
Another area of interest is the engine room, which is said to be one of the hotspots for paranormal activity. As they enter, the team immediately feels an oppressive energy and begins to experience strange sensations. One of the investigators claims to feel something grabbing at his leg, sending chills down the rest of the team's spines. Despite this unnerving encounter, the team presses on and captures several interesting EVPs that seem to be communicating with them.
As the night wears on, the team decides to split up and conduct their investigation in smaller groups. This allows them to cover more ground and potentially capture more evidence of paranormal activity. One group focuses on the officer's quarters, where they pick up on some strange EMF readings and unexplained noises. Another group decides to explore the flight deck, hoping to uncover any lingering spirits from the Hornet's days as an active aircraft carrier.
Throughout their investigation, the Ghost Hunters team uncovers several pieces of evidence that suggest the USS Hornet is indeed haunted. From EVPs to strange sensations, they chronicle their experiences and share them with the world. However, they also take the time to honor the sailors who lost their lives on board the ship and reflect on the sacrifices that members of the military make every day. Overall, this episode serves as a reminder of the spiritual energy that can be present in even the most mundane of places and the importance of respecting that energy.
