- October 15, 2021
In season 6 episode 2 of Ghost Hunters Classic, the team investigates Fort Ticonderoga, a former military fortress located in upstate New York with a history dating back over 250 years.
The team is brought in to investigate claims of paranormal activity at the fort, including sightings of shadow figures and unexplained noises. As they begin their investigation, they meet with the staff at the fort who share their own personal experiences of strange occurrences.
The team splits up into different areas of the fort to conduct their investigation. They use a variety of equipment, including thermal imaging cameras, electromagnetic field (EMF) detectors, and digital voice recorders, to try and capture evidence of any paranormal activity.
As they explore the fort, the team encounters a number of unexplained occurrences. They hear footsteps in empty halls, strange voices on their digital recorders, and see shadow figures moving across the walls. They also use a Ouija board to try and communicate with any spirits that may be present.
At one point, the team splits up into smaller groups to try and cover more ground. One group ventures into a dark, cramped tunnel beneath the fort, where they experience an overwhelming feeling of dread. Another group explores the fort's powder room, where they capture some of the most compelling evidence of the investigation.
Throughout the night, the team continues to experience strange occurrences and capture evidence of paranormal activity. They ultimately conclude that the fort is indeed haunted, and that there are likely multiple spirits present.
The episode concludes with the team delivering their findings to the staff at Fort Ticonderoga, who are both shocked and fascinated by the evidence they've collected. The team leaves the fort with a newfound respect and appreciation for the history and paranormal activity present at this historic site.
