Ep 12. Connection / Friends

After wandering through the barren ruins of civilization for months, our protagonists Chito and Yuuri have finally managed to discover what appears to be a functioning elevator, leading them to the upper levels of a towering structure. As they scale the gargantuan heights of a long-abandoned building, they become increasingly excited at the prospect of what lies ahead.

As they make their way higher and higher, they find themselves faced with a series of challenges - from dodging malfunctioning trapdoors to navigating through dark, winding corridors - but their determination never wavers. Finally, they reach the top, where they find a room filled with strange, ancient-looking machines.

At first, Chito and Yuuri are thrilled to explore this incredible discovery, but their excitement fades when they realize that they have no idea how to operate any of the machinery. Despite their disappointment, they refuse to give up and decide to keep searching for any clues they can find.

Eventually, they stumble upon an old book covered in dust and cobwebs, its pages filled with diagrams and instructions for operating the machines around them. With newfound hope, the girls set to work deciphering the ancient text and attempting to bring the machines back to life.

As they work, Chito and Yuuri begin to reflect on the nature of friendship and how it has sustained them through their long journey across the ruined world. They discuss the memories they've shared and the trials they've overcome together, and the importance of having someone to rely on in a world where everything is uncertain.

Their conversation is cut short by a sudden realization - one of the machines they've been working on has started to whir and hum to life. Excitedly, they approach the machine, unsure of what it does or what its purpose might be. As they watch, it begins to emit a bright, pulsing light that fills the room with an otherworldly glow.

For a moment, the girls are filled with wonder as they bask in the electric warmth of the machine's light. But soon, they notice something strange - the light is changing. It begins to take on shapes and patterns, coalescing before their eyes into a three-dimensional hologram of something they've never seen before.

As they watch, the hologram becomes clearer and more detailed, until suddenly they realize - it's a person. A woman with long, graceful limbs and a serene expression, dressed in flowing robes and holding what appears to be a staff. At first, Chito and Yuuri are frightened - they've never seen anything like this before. But as they watch, something about the woman's expression fills them with peace.

Suddenly, the woman speaks. Though her lips do not move, her voice rings out loud and clear in the room. "Greetings," she says. "My name is Magi. It is good to see you."

Over the course of the episode, Chito and Yuuri converse with Magi, learning about her world and the civilization that created the machines they've been working on. The girls are amazed at the technology and knowledge that the ancient people possessed, and they begin to see the world in a new light. Even more importantly, they begin to understand the importance of connecting with others and making friends, even in a world where everything is bleak.

As the episode draws to a close, the girls bid farewell to Magi and the light fades from the room. Though they still have much to learn about the world and the people who lived before them, Chito and Yuuri are filled with a newfound sense of hope and determination. As long as they have each other, they know they can keep going, no matter what the future may bring.
