Ep 3. Hailstorm / Hurricane Rescue

As our intrepid team of Go Jetters travel the world to save the day, they face their biggest challenge yet in season 2 episode 3: Hailstorm / Hurricane Rescue.

The episode begins with the Go Jetters catching some rays on a sunny beach when they get an urgent message from Ubercorn: a hailstorm is headed towards the Great Barrier Reef! The team jumps into action and heads to Australia to stop the storm before it damages the coral reef.

Using their trusty Vroomster, the Go Jetters fly into the heart of the storm, but find themselves in the midst of a hailstorm unlike any they've ever seen. Huge hailstones rain down on them, forcing them to take cover and wait out the worst of the storm.

Once the hail has cleared, the team is shocked to see the damage it has done to the reef. Big chunks of coral are broken and scattered across the ocean floor, and the Go Jetters know they have to act quickly to stop any further damage.

With Xuli in her Go Gadget arms, the team sets to work repairing the coral. They use her flexible arms to carefully place the broken pieces of coral back together, while Kyan and Lars use their strength to move larger pieces into place. Foz and his trusty Ubercorn-shaped wrench are in charge of securing everything in place, but it's a delicate job and one wrong move could mean disaster.

As the team works, they also educate viewers about how important coral reefs are for the health of our oceans. They note that coral reefs are home to countless species of fish and other sea creatures, and that they also protect our shorelines and act as buffers against storms and erosion.

As the team works, they're alerted to another emergency: a hurricane has hit the coast of England, and there's a group of stranded sailors who need their help. The Go Jetters quickly pack up their tools and fly off to rescue the sailors.

Once they arrive, they find the sailors clinging to a small boat in the middle of a raging sea. The winds are strong, and the waves are higher than the team has ever seen.

Undaunted, the Go Jetters spring into action. Xuli uses her Go Gadget arms to reach out and grab the sailors, pulling them to safety. Lars and Kyan use their strength to hold on tight, while Foz and Ubercorn work on stabilizing the boat and getting it back to shore.

As they work, the team provides more education for viewers. They explain the importance of emergency services, and how people can help those in danger by calling 911 or other emergency numbers.

Finally, the team gets the sailors safely back to shore, where they're met by emergency responders. The Go Jetters wave goodbye and hop back into their Vroomster, ready for their next adventure.

As always, the Go Jetters mix high-flying adventure with important lessons about science, geography, and safety. Viewers will be on the edge of their seats as the team faces down a deadly hailstorm and rescues sailors from a hurricane, all while learning about the importance of coral reefs and emergency services.
