Finally, the show concludes with a visit to The Pig & The Lady, an award-winning restaurant located in the lively Chinatown district of Honolulu. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife team, Andrew and Sandy Le, who fuse traditional Vietnamese flavors with modern culinary techniques. The Le's take us through some of their signature dishes, including pho and banh mi sandwiches, while sharing their passion for food and the inspiration behind their creations.
