Ep 3. Abner Comes Home/The Sewer King

Arnold and Gerald take in a stray dog and name him Abner, only to later discover that he belongs to the neighborhood's curmudgeonly landlord, Mr. Bailey. They must come up with a plan to return Abner to his rightful owner without breaking the heart of a newfound furry friend. Meanwhile, in the second segment, the city's homeless population is under the rule of the fearsome Sewer King, who captures anyone who dares to trespass in his underground domain. Arnold and his friends must band together to take down the Sewer King and free the homeless citizens he has taken captive.
