Ep 15. Helga's Show/Flood

Helga's Show/Flood is the fifteenth episode of the third season of Hey Arnold!. The episode is divided into two parts, the first being Helga's Show and the second being Flood.

However, the greedy Mr. Bailey, who runs the local ballpark, is not interested in clearing out the grates and instead builds an extension to his concession stand blocking the water flow. The blockage causes the town to be flooded once again, and Arnold and his friends take it upon themselves to save the day, leading to a heroic and exciting adventure.
