House Hunters Season 2016 Episode 12 Family of Five Needs More Bathrooms in Upstate New York

A family with three young children is on the hunt for a new home in upstate New York. Their current house is too cramped and their biggest issue is not having enough bathrooms. They need at least two full and two half bathrooms in their new home, in addition to plenty of space for their growing family. The husband works from home, so having a designated office space is a must. The wife is hoping for a large kitchen with an open layout, and they both desire a backyard for the kids to play in. Their real estate agent shows them three homes that fit their criteria and they must weigh the pros and cons of each before making their final decision. The first home they view is spacious and has a great layout, but its location is less than ideal. The second home has plenty of bathrooms and a large backyard, but the kitchen is a bit too small for their liking. The third home has the perfect location and a large kitchen, but not enough bathrooms to meet their needs. Ultimately, the family must decide which features are the most important to them and what they can compromise on to find their dream home.
