House Hunters Season 2017 Episode 12 Buying in the Buckeye State

Two best friends have decided to take on the challenge of purchasing a home together. They are currently living in an apartment in downtown Cincinnati and are ready to move into a more spacious and permanent residence. They're excited to begin their search and explore the various options available to them in Ohio.

The first property they visit is a ranch-style home in a quiet suburb. The house has recently undergone updates including a new roof and updated kitchen. The open floor plan and large backyard appeal to the friends, but they're not sure if it has enough space for both of them.

Next, they view a two-story home on the outskirts of the city. The traditional brick exterior is well-maintained and the interior has several unique features including a built-in bookshelf and fireplace. However, the layout is more compartmentalized and darker than the first house they visited.

The final property is a newer construction located just outside of the city limits. The open concept living space and modern finishes are exactly what the friends were looking for. The backyard overlooks a small lake and is perfect for entertaining. However, it's the furthest from their jobs and friends in the city.

After visiting all three properties, the friends must decide which one is the best fit for both of them. While they all have their pros and cons, the decision ultimately comes down to which house they can see themselves calling home for years to come.
