House Hunters Season 9 Episode 17 New Duty Station

Valerie and Manny Bautista and their daughter, Grace, are a military family living in a rental home in downtown Newport, R.I. Their 1930s three-story converted house has tons of small-town charm, and they love the family friendly feel of the seaside town. As it happens with most military families, the time has come for Manny to change duty stations. The next stop is Charleston, S.C. They are used to the transient nature of military life but have decided that for the first time, they want to buy rather than rent their next home. They only have seven days to find their home, and if they aren't able to purchase one within that time, they will have to live in military housing until they do. The Bautistas have enlisted the help of real estate agent Joy Cunefare.
