Ep 12. Little Ricky Gets A Dog

Lucy and Ricky's son Little Ricky has been wanting a dog for a long time, but his parents have been hesitant to get him one. However, when they learn that their neighbor's dog is about to have puppies, they decide to surprise their son by getting him one.

Despite their initial reluctance, both Lucy and Ricky quickly fall in love with the new addition to their family. The only problem is, the puppy - named Skipper - is incredibly mischievous and always getting into trouble. He chews up shoes, tears apart furniture, and even steals food off of the kitchen counter.

As Lucy tries to train Skipper, Ricky worries that the dog's antics are causing too much chaos in their already hectic household. However, when they discover that Skipper has a talent for performing tricks, they begin to see him in a different light.

At one point, Lucy enlists the help of her friend Caroline Appleby to get Skipper into show business. They manage to book him a spot on a local TV program, but things quickly go awry when Skipper refuses to perform on command. Lucy and Caroline come up with a plan to get him to do his tricks, but it involves disguising Caroline as a dog and having her do the tricks instead.

In the end, Skipper learns to behave and becomes a beloved member of the Ricardo household. Little Ricky is thrilled to have a dog of his own, and Lucy and Ricky can't imagine their lives without him. The episode ends with a heartwarming family scene as they all cuddle up on the couch with Skipper.
