Born in Austria in 1947 and the son of a Nazi policeman, Schwarzenegger has been once said, "I knew I was a winner, back in the 60ʼs. Knew I was destined for great things." He began his career in bodybuilding. He believes this helped him get into the film industry. After turning his attention to politics and running for Governor of California in 2003, he won the seat and has kept it ever since.
