Idiotsitter Season 1 Episode 1 Pilot

Idiotsitter is a television show about a broke, straight-A college student genius named Billie Brown who is hired by a wealthy but childlike woman to babysit her adult son, Gene. The series follows Billie as she struggles to keep control of Gene, and Gene’s unconventional actions and behavior frequently present unexpected challenges to Billie.

In the first episode, appropriately titled "Pilot," we meet the two main characters, Billie and Gene. Gene's mother, Gail, hires Billie to look after Gene while she goes away on a business trip. Billie, eager to make some money to pay off her debts, jumps at the opportunity even though she is surprised to find out that Gene is actually an adult in his thirties.

When she first arrives at the mansion where Gene lives, Billie is immediately thrown off by his odd behavior. Gene is a man-child who seems to have never grown up and spends most of his time playing video games and eating junk food. Billie quickly realizes that the job is going to be much harder than she thought.

Gene takes an instant liking to Billie and is determined to make her like him. He tries to impress her by showing off his collections of toys and his impressive gaming skills. But despite Gene's attempts to win her over, Billie is determined to keep her distance and just do her job.

As the day goes on, Gene's behavior becomes more and more bizarre. He takes Billie on a wild goose chase around the house, trying to show her all of his hidden hiding places. He even manages to lock them both in a room with no way out. When Billie finally manages to escape, Gene is nowhere to be found.

Desperate to find Gene, Billie enlists the help of his best friend, Ricky, who is equally as odd as Gene. Together they set out to find Gene and bring him back home before Gail returns from her trip.

Throughout the episode, we see Billie struggling to control Gene and keep him from causing chaos and destruction. However, despite Gene's wild behavior, Billie is able to connect with him on a deeper level and begins to understand why he behaves the way he does.

In the end, Billie finds Gene hiding in a treehouse on the property, still playing video games and eating junk food. She is able to convince him to come back inside and even gets him to agree to help clean up the mess he made earlier in the day.

As Gail returns home from her trip, she is impressed with how well Billie has handled her adult son. She offers Billie a permanent job as Gene's full-time caregiver, an offer which Billie initially turns down, but we see her reconsidering in the final moments of the episode.

Overall, "Pilot" sets the stage for the rest of the series. We see the dynamic between Billie and Gene and get a glimpse into the challenges that Billie will face as she tries to keep Gene under control. The episode is full of humor and heart and sets a promising tone for the rest of the season.
