Key & Peele is a sketch comedy show featuring the comedic duo of Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele. Season 1 episode 3, titled "The Branding," focuses on various sketches that satirize the world of advertising.

The episode opens with a sketch in which Key and Peele play two successful businessmen discussing the importance of effective branding. They discuss the various logos they have developed, including a logo for a lingerie company that features a woman's face on a man's body. The sketch highlights the ridiculousness of branding and the lengths that companies will go to in order to stand out in a crowded market.

Another memorable sketch from this episode features Key as a man who has been hired by a fast food chain to dress up as a giant fish and dance on the street corner to promote their new fish sandwich. The sketch is both hilarious and cringe-worthy, as Key's character struggles to drum up interest in the sandwich while being mocked by passing cars and pedestrians.

In a more surreal sketch, Peele plays a man who is so obsessed with a particular brand of soda that he has become convinced that he is in a relationship with it. He talks to the soda's picture and even goes on a date with a woman who is dressed up as the soda bottle. The sketch is a clever commentary on the way that advertising can create an almost cult-like following around certain products.

One of the strongest sketches in this episode features Key and Peele as two advertising executives who are pitching a campaign for a new sports drink. The drink, called Powerthirst, is advertised as being able to increase a person's energy and stamina to almost superhuman levels. The sketch is a hilarious send-up of over-the-top sports drink commercials, with Key and Peele delivering lines like "It's like crystal meth in a can" and "You'll feel like a fighter jet made of biceps."

Other sketches in this episode include a fake infomercial for a product that promises to cure baldness by slapping the head with a piece of meat; a parody of classic cigarette ads featuring Peele as a suave smoker who looks cool no matter what he does; and a sketch in which Key plays a man who is so committed to his brand of beer that he refuses to drink any other kind, even if it means losing a bet.

Overall, "The Branding" is a strong episode of Key & Peele that uses humor to skewer the world of advertising and marketing. Fans of the show will find plenty to laugh at in this episode, from the absurdity of Powerthirst to the cringe-worthy antics of Key's fast food fish.
