Key & Peele is an American sketch comedy series created by and starring Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele. The show explores a variety of topical and societal issues through humor and absurdity. The second episode of season two, titled Dubstep, follows the duo as they parody the popular electronic music genre and poke fun at societal trends and norms.

The episode opens with a short sketch in which Key and Peele play two friends who visit a club to watch a famous DJ perform. The scene is set to a dubstep track, characterized by its intense bass drops and hard-hitting beats. As they enter the club, the duo seems lost in the sea of people dressed in neon colors and facial piercings, all dancing wildly to the music. The sketch ends with a humorous twist, as the two friends are bewildered by the DJ's strange and inexplicable actions.

The second sketch is titled "Continental Breakfast," and it depicts a man who is frustrated by the limited selection of food at his hotel's complimentary breakfast. The man becomes increasingly agitated as he discovers that the only available beverage is a strange, neon green drink. The sketch provides commentary on the superficiality of luxury and the expectation of excess in modern society.

The next sketch, "Dirty Talk," portrays a couple engaging in a steamy conversation in the bedroom. However, their dialogue is not what it seems, as they discuss mundane and trivial topics such as their financial investments and pet peeves. The sketch turns the idea of erotic talk on its head by showing how even the most mundane topics can become arousing with the right inflection.

The fourth sketch, "Family Matters," satirizes the popular 90s sitcom of the same name. The sketch portrays the lives of the Winslow family as they navigate through their daily lives. However, in this version, the family members frequently break character and address each other by their real names, revealing that they are simply actors playing scripted characters. The sketch humorously breaks the forth wall, highlighting the artificiality of classic sitcoms.

The final sketch of the episode, titled "I Said Bitch," features two men sitting in a restaurant discussing the proper usage of the word "bitch." As they debate whether the word should be used as a term of endearment or contempt, their argument becomes more and more absurd, eventually leading to a violent altercation with other patrons of the restaurant.

Overall, the Dubstep episode of Key & Peele provides a range of hilarious and insightful sketches that address important societal issues with humor and wit. The show uses absurdity and parody to highlight the intricacies of modern society and offers a unique perspective on popular culture.
