Killjoys Season 4 Episode 5 Greening Pains

The Killjoys are back in action in season 4 episode 5 titled "Greening Pains." This episode finds the team on a mission to track down a dangerous bio-weapon that has been stolen from a research lab.

The episode begins with the Killjoys, Dutch, D'avin, and Johnny, receiving a new case from Pree, the owner of the local bar. Pree has connections all across the Quad, which is the name for the four planets colonized by humans in this universe. He informs the team about a bio-weapon that has been stolen from a research lab and could potentially be used to wipe out entire populations on the planet of Westerly.

The Killjoys are tasked with tracking down the stolen bio-weapon and securing it before it falls into the wrong hands. With time ticking away, the team splits up to cover more ground and increase their chances of finding the weapon.

Dutch and D'avin end up at a botanical research facility where they believe the bio-weapon may have been taken. They find the facility in shambles and are attacked by a group of men who are clearly trying to protect something. Dutch and D'avin fight them off and search the facility, but they come up empty-handed.

Meanwhile, Johnny is investigating a suspicious cargo ship that has just arrived at the local space port. While on board, he encounters a young engineer named Zephyr who reveals that she too is on the hunt for the stolen bio-weapon. Johnny brings her back to their ship to work with the team on the case.

As the episode progresses, the team discovers that the stolen weapon has contaminated the local plant life, causing it to mutate into dangerous, flesh-eating plants. They realize that whoever has the weapon is planning to use it to completely destroy the planet of Westerly.

With the stakes higher than ever, the Killjoys race against time to find the weapon and prevent a catastrophic disaster. They ultimately uncover a dangerous conspiracy involving powerful corporations and government officials.
