The episode "Mi Pequeña" starts off with a teenage girl named Alma, who lives with her mother, stepfather, and little sister, Isabel. We see Alma having a heart-to-heart conversation with her mother, expressing her feelings for her boyfriend, Sergio, which her mother doesn't approve of.

Alma's mother tells her that she doesn't want her to ruin her life by getting pregnant at a young age, just like she did. She explains that Alma's father abandoned them when she was just a baby, and it was her responsibility to take care of her family. Alma understands her mother's concern but doesn't want to give up on her love for Sergio.

Meanwhile, Isabel overhears their conversation and becomes scared of getting pregnant as she is not aware of the consequences. She also feels neglected as Alma and their mother are always busy with their work and personal life, leaving her on her own.

The next day, Isabel's school is organizing a family planning informative session, and Alma is hesitant to go, thinking that it's not appropriate for her sister's age. However, her mother insists and convinces her to participate. During the session, the students learn about the importance of contraception and safe sex, and they are also given free condoms.

Isabel is curious about the condoms and takes some from the session, hiding them away in her schoolbag. Later that day, Sergio comes to visit Alma, and Isabel sees them kissing in the living room. She becomes scared and goes to her room, where she spots the condoms in her bag and starts playing with them.

Things take a turn for the worse when Alma finds out that Isabel has been playing with condoms and screams at her, thinking that she is pregnant. Isabel's fear and anxiety about pregnancy are heightened, and Alma's relationship with her little sister is strained.

Alma's mother decides to have a heart-to-heart conversation with Isabel, explaining to her how pregnancy can change her life. She tells her that she should put herself first, focusing on her studies and dreams. She also tells Isabel that she is not alone and that she will always be there for her, no matter what.

Towards the end of the episode, Isabel forgives Alma, and they hug, mending their relationship. Alma promises her sister that she will always remain her little angel and look out for her. Isabel gains the courage to face her fear of pregnancy, thanks to her mother's support, and decides to pursue her dreams of becoming a doctor.

Overall, the episode "Mi Pequeña" is a heart-touching story of the bond between sisters and the importance of having open communication in families. It also teaches the audience about the importance of safe sex and contraception, especially for teenagers, and the need to educate them about it.
