Frustrated and exhausted, Singham returns to his base to regroup. As he ponders his next move, he remembers the advice of his mentor - "Sometimes, the best way to catch a criminal is to think like one." Singham realizes that in order to catch Kaal, he must anticipate his every move.

With renewed vigor, Singham sets out to find Kaal once again. This time, he uses his knowledge of Kaal's behavior to his advantage, and is able to anticipate every move that Kaal makes. Singham corners Kaal in an abandoned warehouse, and after a intense battle, he finally apprehends the criminal.

In the end, Singham returns the stolen cows to their rightful owner and Kaal is put in prison where he belongs. The townspeople of Mirchi Nagar celebrate Singham's bravery and once again, little Singham saves the day.
