Ep 4. Escape the Jungle

Lone Target is a thrilling adventure reality TV show that follows highly trained ex-military Special Forces personnel as they are put to test in ferocious conditions to uncover their strengths and weaknesses. Each episode features a new target, and this time, the target is a former Green Beret named Joel Lambert.

In the fourth episode of Lone Target season 1, titled "Escape the Jungle," Joel Lambert finds himself in a dense jungle in Panama after being inserted via helicopter. Don has his team of trackers with him, and they're using all of their tactics to quickly close the distance on Joel.

As the temperatures rise, and Joel begins to feel the effects of dehydration, he starts to make a plan. With limited resources, Joel knows he needs to find a water source, or risk the possibility of falling ill. He manages to locate a small stream, and he takes a moment to rehydrate before continuing his journey through the jungle.

The jungle is not his only obstacle; Joel also must evade a second team of trackers who are trying to locate him. Led by former FBI agent Tim Clemente, this team is hot on Joel's trail, and he's running out of time.

As day turns to night, Joel knows it's essential to find shelter, so he climbs up a tree and creates a make-shift shelter to protect himself from the elements. But Joel's cover is blown when a nearby animal makes a noise, and he's forced to move on.

Joel's next move is critical, and he decides to take advantage of the darkness to lose the trackers. He begins to cross a river, hoping that the water will help hide his scent. But, as he crosses, he realizes he's not alone. Alligators are lurking in the river, and Joel knows he's in danger. He carefully navigates through the water, keeping an eye on the predators and making it to the other side safely.

As dawn breaks on day two, Joel knows he's running out of time. He has just a few more hours to evade the trackers before his time is up. He uses his military training, carefully navigating through the jungle, and eventually finds shelter in a small cave.
