In the end, Inky is praised by the bees for warning them about the Honey-Mousers' plan, and they welcome him as their neighbor. The Honey-Mousers, on the other hand, are punished for their misdeeds and are stung repeatedly by the bees. The episode ends with the Honey-Mousers being thrown out of the abandoned house and running away in fear.
