Ep 1. Hike Into Hell

Two strangers with a shared passion for adventure set off on a hike into the wilderness of the Ruby Mountains in Nevada. In the premiere episode of Lost in the Wild, "Hike Into Hell," we meet two men, Seth and Chris, who have never met before but are bound together by their mutual love of the outdoors.

The episode begins with Seth and Chris arriving at the trailhead, excited for their upcoming adventure. They are both experienced hikers and have been preparing for this trip for weeks. They set off on the trail, taking in the stunning views and sharing stories about their past adventures.

A pack of coyotes is heard in the distance, growling and yipping. Chris is spooked and suggests they pack up camp and continue hiking in the darkness. Seth disagrees, not wanting to risk getting lost in the forest without proper lighting.

The next morning, Chris wakes up with a fever and is feeling weak. They decide to press on and take it slow, but it quickly becomes clear that Chris is struggling. Seth must take the lead, carrying most of the weight and urging Chris to keep going.

As they continue on, they come across a dangerous stretch of trail. The path is narrow and winds around a steep drop-off that would result in certain death if they were to slip. To make matters worse, it begins to rain, making the trail even more treacherous.

They manage to make it across the dangerous section of the trail, but their relief is short-lived when they realize they have lost the trail. They are deep in the wilderness with no map and no cell phone reception. They must rely on their instincts and survival skills to make it out alive.

"Hike Into Hell" is a heart-pumping premiere episode of Lost in the Wild. It showcases the beauty and danger of the wilderness, while also highlighting the importance of preparation and safety when taking on an adventure. Seth and Chris are tested to their limits in this episode, and viewers will be on the edge of their seats as they watch their journey unfold.
