Ep 4. Triggers

In episode 4 of Love & Hip Hop season 9, titled "Triggers," tensions run high as the cast members confront their past traumas and personal triggers.

Rapper Safaree opens up to his friend Rich Dollaz about his struggles with anxiety and panic attacks, revealing that they have been triggered by his recent breakup with ex-girlfriend Erica Mena. Meanwhile, Erica herself is dealing with her own emotional turmoil as she tries to navigate co-parenting with Safaree.

Elsewhere, R&B singer Remy Ma organizes a group therapy session for the women of the cast, hoping to provide a space for them to discuss their personal challenges and offer support to one another. However, the session quickly becomes heated as unresolved issues and tensions come to the surface.

One major point of contention is between Yandy Smith-Harris and Kimbella Vanderhee, who have been at odds since last season. The therapy session prompts a heated argument between the two women, with Yandy accusing Kimbella of being a fake friend and Kimbella firing back with accusations of her own.

Meanwhile, newcomer Phresher faces backlash from his wife Jenn after she discovers that he has been making music with an ex-girlfriend. Jenn confronts Phresher about the situation, leading to a heated exchange between the couple.
