Ep 5. The Preston Family

Love It or List It is a home renovation and real estate show that follows homeowners as they grapple with the decision to either revamp their current home or find a new, more suitable abode. In season 1 episode 5, we meet the Preston family who are feeling cramped in their current home. Bill and Sara Preston and their two young children are in desperate need of more space, as their current living situation feels claustrophobic. However, both Bill and Sara have different ideas on how to solve the issue.

He must find a home that not only meets the family’s needs but can also compete with the renovated home.

However, each home comes with its own set of compromises that could make the decision to move more challenging.
