Love It or List It Season 18 Episode 4 A Tale of Two Davids

In season 18 episode 4 of Love It or List It, titled "A Tale of Two Davids," the homeowners are named David and David. The two men have been together for 13 years and purchased their home 7 years ago. They've been living in the house with their two dogs. David C. loves their home's character and its location in the city, while David S. thinks the house is too small and outdated, and wants to move to the suburbs.

David C. wants Hilary to re-design the inside of their home in order to find more storage space while preserving the character he loves. Hilary starts by re-designing the kitchen and dining area to have more storage space, and adding a wine rack. But as Hilary begins to make changes, David S. starts finding flaws in the renovations. They bring up the possibility of selling the home and moving to the suburbs, which would give David S. more space and a shorter commute.

When David S. meets with real estate agent Todd, Todd shows him two possible homes in the suburbs that he could afford. Although David S. likes the second house, he isn't fully sure if it meets all his needs. Meanwhile, Hilary and her team continue to work on the original home, moving onto a home office redesign with practical fixtures. David C. continues to hope that Hilary's renovations will be enough to solve their issues.
