Ep 2. Yurt in Paradise

Love Yurts is a reality show about a couple, Cherie and Brian, who create one-of-a-kind yurts for clients all over Hawaii. In season 2, episode 2 titled "Yurt in Paradise," Cherie and Brian are tasked with building the ultimate luxury yurt for their client, Glen.

Glen wants a yurt that gives him the feeling of being on vacation in paradise. Cherie and Brian have their work cut out for them, as Glen's yurt needs to have all the amenities of a luxury hotel, but in the middle of the Hawaiian jungle.

Cherie and Brian get to work, beginning with laying the concrete foundation and building the deck. They then begin to construct the yurt's frame, using locally sourced materials like bamboo and eucalyptus. As they work, they face numerous challenges, including heavy rainfall and difficult terrain.

However, nothing stops Cherie and Brian from creating a luxurious yurt for their client. They install a full bathroom complete with a rain shower, as well as a custom-built kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The yurt also features a comfortable king-sized bed with a stunning view of the surrounding rainforest.

To enhance the feeling of paradise, Cherie and Brian add tropical touches like bamboo furniture and lush greenery. They also install a state-of-the-art sound system that allows Glen to play music throughout the yurt and the surrounding deck.

As they wrap up the project, Cherie and Brian reflect on the challenges they faced during the build. They both agree that the project was one of their most rewarding builds yet, thanks to Glen's enthusiasm and trust in their vision.

The episode ends with Glen arriving at the completed yurt for the first time. He is blown away by the luxurious details and tropical atmosphere, and can't wait to start relaxing in his new paradise.
