In Made in Chelsea season 15 episode 13, titled Take It To The Grave, tensions continue to rise within the group as old conflicts resurface and new ones emerge. Elsewhere, Olivia and Digby continue to navigate their complicated relationship. Olivia is torn between her feelings for Digby and her fear of commitment, while Digby tries to prove to her that he is serious about their future together. However, their progress is derailed when tensions between Olivia and her ex-boyfriend Fred escalate, leading to a confrontation that leaves everyone reeling.

Throughout it all, the group must grapple with the consequences of their actions and choose whether to take their secrets to the grave or finally confront their issues head-on. As alliances shift and loyalties are tested, the future of the group hangs in the balance.
