Asuka and Kurumi head to their old high school, where they reunite with their former classmates. Asuka is initially reluctant to interact with them, but Kurumi urges her to do so. They discover that some of their old classmates are participants in an underground fighting ring, where people fight to the death for the entertainment of spectators. Asuka and Kurumi decide to intervene and put an end to the brutal fights. They also come face to face with a former friend who has been brainwashed and turned into a weapon. Asuka and Kurumi must fight against their former friend in a deadly battle. Meanwhile, Mia and Tamara team up to take down a rogue Magical Girl who has been attacking innocent people. They find her in a shopping mall and engage in a fierce battle. The rogue Magical Girl is revealed to have a tragic backstory, which sheds light on her motivations for her actions. Mia and Tamara must find a way to stop her without resorting to violence. Back at the high school, Asuka and Kurumi are able to save their former friend from her brainwash, but not without facing some difficult challenges. The episode ends with the Magical Girls reflecting on their experiences and the toll it has taken on them, both physically and mentally. They also question their role as Magical Girls and whether they are truly making a difference in the world.
