Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin, two of the best and most effective spies in the world, work for the United Network Command for Law and Enforcement (U.N.C.L.E.). Their mission is to stop the evil forces of THRUSH, a global crime organization, from taking over the world.
In season 1 episode 12, "The Dove Affair," Napoleon and Illya are assigned to track down a THRUSH agent named Kokolov who has stolen a lethal virus from a U.S. research laboratory. The virus, nicknamed "The Dove," is capable of wiping out entire populations in a matter of days.
Napoleon and Illya's investigation leads them to a small European country where THRUSH has set up a secret lab to manufacture and test the virus. In order to infiltrate the lab, Napoleon and Illya pose as a wealthy playboy and his chauffeur and begin to charm their way into the high society circles of the country.
Their first target is a wealthy socialite named Carla Banchek who is associated with Kokolov. The duo quickly learn that Carla is not as innocent as she pretends to be and has her own agenda. She has been promised a share of the profits from the virus sales and is working with Kokolov to ensure they can distribute the virus to the highest bidder.
As Napoleon and Illya get closer to the secret lab, they find themselves in grave danger as THRUSH is aware of their presence and has set up traps to prevent them from getting any closer.
