Me, Myself & I is an American comedy television series that premiered on September 25, 2017 on CBS. The show is created by Dan Kopelman and follows the life of Alex Riley, a man who is shown in three stages of life: as a 14-year-old in 1991, as a 40-year-old in present day, and as a 65-year-old in 2042. The show's first episode, titled "Pilot," premiered on September 25, 2017.

The episode opens with a narrow-shouldered, 14-year-old Alex Riley walking into his first day at a new school. He's a bit nervous, but determined to make the most of it. We quickly learn that his parents are recently divorced and Alex has moved to Los Angeles with his mother. Alex has a lot on his mind, but he is a bright kid with big dreams, especially of one day becoming a successful inventor like his hero, Bill Gates.

Flash forward 26 years, and we find a 40-year-old Alex Riley, played by Bobby Moynihan, living in a beautiful mansion in Chicago. He is a successful marketing executive with a beautiful wife and daughter. However, underneath the surface, Alex is not as happy as he appears. He's in the midst of a mid-life crisis, feeling unfulfilled and searching for something more.

Finally, we jump 25 years ahead to the year 2042, where we meet a 65-year-old Alex Riley, played by John Larroquette. He now lives alone in a high-rise apartment in Los Angeles. While he hasn't achieved his dream of becoming the next Bill Gates, he has still accomplished a lot in life. However, Alex is still nursing some regrets and wondering if he's made the right choices.

Throughout the episode, we see the parallels between each of the three stages of Alex's life. The young Alex is struggling to fit in and find his place in the world, the middle-aged Alex is struggling to find fulfillment, and the older Alex is struggling with regrets.

The episode also introduces some of the other characters in Alex's life, including his best friend Darryl (Jaleel White), his ex-wife Sarah (played by an uncredited actress), and his daughter Abby (Kelen Coleman). We see how each of these characters has influenced Alex's life and shaped him into the person he is today.

As the episode progresses, we see the different versions of Alex's life begin to intersect. The 14-year-old Alex meets his new neighbor and potential love interest, Nori, who turns out to be Abby's mother. The middle-aged Alex reconnects with Darryl, who is now a struggling car salesman. And the older Alex reaches out to his daughter in an attempt to make amends for past mistakes.

Overall, the pilot of Me, Myself & I sets up an interesting premise for the show. It explores the idea of how our past experiences shape who we are and who we will become. It also introduces a cast of likable characters and sets up several plot points that will likely be explored throughout the rest of the series.
