Four best friends, Milo, Neal, Gibbs, and Tyler, work together at Full Steam magazine. They all have their own unique perspectives on love, relationships, and what it means to be a man in today's society. In episode 4, "Heterotextual Male," the group deals with a variety of challenges related to their personal lives and work.

Milo, played by Danny Masterson, finds himself in hot water when he accidentally sends a racy text meant for his girlfriend to the magazine's HR department. The text was meant for his girlfriend but was mistakenly sent to human resources, which could potentially put his job at risk. The group comes together to brainstorm ways that Milo can save his job and his reputation.

Meanwhile, Tyler, played by Michael Cassidy, is struggling with his girlfriend's desire to keep their relationship private. He feels like he's not a part of her life in the way he wants to be and starts to feel disconnected from her. It's an issue that many couples face, and the group has to come up with ways to help Tyler feel more included in his girlfriend's life.

Gibbs, played by James Lesure, is grappling with a different issue altogether. He's been single for a while and starts to feel like he needs to get back in the game. However, he's not sure how to do that in a way that feels authentic to who he is. The group tries to help him find his footing and navigate the dating world in a way that works for him.

Finally, Neal, played by Adam Busch, is dealing with the aftermath of a bad breakup. He's struggling to move on and find someone new, even though he knows he needs to. The group rallies around him to help him regain his confidence and realize that he deserves to find love again.

Throughout the episode, the group also faces a variety of challenges related to their work at the magazine. Full Steam is a men's lifestyle magazine, and the group struggles to strike the right balance between providing content that their readers want to see and staying true to themselves and their values. They grapple with issues related to representation, authenticity, and integrity as they try to produce a magazine that resonates with today's readers.

"Heterotextual Male" is a funny, engaging episode that explores a variety of issues related to love, relationships, and work. It highlights the challenges that many men face as they try to navigate the complexities of modern life and offers insights into how a group of friends can support each other through those challenges.
