Ep 1. Going the Extra Milo

Milo Murphy's Law season 1 episode 1, "Going the Extra Milo," introduces viewers to the titular character, Milo Murphy. Throughout the episode, viewers are also introduced to some of the other characters in Milo's life, including his parents, who are highly supportive of their son despite his penchant for disaster, and his older sister, who is constantly annoyed by Milo's antics. We also meet some of the town's residents, including the eccentric Dr. Doofenshmirtz (yes, that Dr. Doofenshmirtz), who makes a brief but memorable appearance.

In the end, despite all of the chaos and calamity, Milo and his friends manage to complete their quest and wind up at Amanda's house. As they're getting ready to go inside, Amanda's father appears - and it turns out that he's a free-spirited adventurer who has taken his family on a year-long journey around the world. Milo is understandably devastated, but he's also undeterred - after all, he's used to setbacks like these. And true to form, he ends the episode on a positive note, eagerly looking forward to whatever adventure comes his way next.
