Ep 23. Malediktator

In season 2 episode 23 of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir, titled Malediktator, the city of Paris is once again in danger from a new supervillain. The mayor of Paris, Andre Bourgeois, is celebrating his birthday with a grand ball, but the peaceful occasion soon turns chaotic when his daughter, Chloe, is akumatized by Hawk Moth and becomes the Malediktator.

As the Malediktator, Chloe gains the ability to control anyone who has ever wronged her, which she uses to take control of the mayor's office and declare herself mayor. As the stakes grow higher and the Malediktator's control over the city strengthens, Ladybug and Cat Noir must pull out all the stops and utilize their special powers and talents to defeat her. With a combination of strategy, courage, and teamwork, they face off against the Malediktator in a thrilling and action-packed battle that has the fate of the city on the line.
