Ep 1. Tom & Maya

Tom & Maya is the first episode of Mixology, a comedy TV series that focuses on the bar scene, mixing drinks, and relationships. Tom turns to his bartender friend Dominic (Adan Canto) for help, and Dominic gives him a crash course on how to mix drinks. Tom fumbles a bit, but eventually makes a decent Old Fashioned for Maya. They continue talking and drinking throughout the night, and their connection grows stronger.

As the night progresses, Maya starts to realize that Tom might be more than just a casual flirtation. She appreciates his sense of humor, and they share a few deep conversations about their past relationships. Tom, on the other hand, starts to see Maya as a potential long-term partner. He's tired of meaningless hookups and is ready for something more serious.

Their night takes an unexpected turn when Maya's ex-boyfriend Ron (Adam Campbell) shows up at the bar. Maya is visibly uncomfortable, and Tom tries to play it cool. But Ron starts to get aggressive, and a full-blown altercation breaks out.

Tom tries to defend Maya, but ends up getting punched in the face. Maya is furious with Ron, and ends up leaving the bar with Tom instead. They share a kiss on the sidewalk before saying goodbye, and both of them are left wondering what the future holds.

Overall, Tom & Maya is a fun and lighthearted introduction to the Mixology world. The episode sets the stage for the rest of the series, showcasing the bar as a place for romance, drama, and a little bit of chaos.
