Ep 17. The Wild

The Wild is the seventeenth episode of the tenth season of the popular sitcom Modern Family. In this episode, the Dunphy family decides to go on a camping trip, but it doesn't turn out to be the idyllic vacation they had planned.

The episode comes to a climax when the Dunphy family is forced to abandon their camping trip and seek shelter in a nearby cabin. They are all exhausted, wet, and miserable. However, they slowly start to realize that they are all in this together and that they can make the best of a bad situation. They bond over a game of cards and some hot cocoa and come to appreciate the simple pleasures of being together as a family.

In the end, the storm passes and the family packs up and heads home. They are all tired and a little worse for wear, but they are also closer than ever. Jay and Gloria also come to a resolution with Stella and realize that they just need to love her for who she is, quirks and all.
